I want to sell my lab but I’m not ready to retire…. can I continue to work?
Each owner’s situation is different. Some owners want to retire immediately and others want to continue to work for a year, two, three or more. We are open to offering either immediate exits or continued employment – dependent upon what your goals and objectives are.
 
How much will you pay for my lab?
The most common question is both the hardest and easiest question to answer. When we have more information on the company, its history, the type of products you focus on (i.e.: crown, bridge, implant, dentures etc.)., what your plans are, where you’re located, what your sales are, how profitable an operation you have – we can craft a package that creates a structured exit strategy that will enable you to turn your hard work into real dollars. You have our assurance that there are no strings attached and no fees to you of any kind. Further, we’re able to offer a variety of structures and scenario’s dependent upon what you’re specific goals are.
 

Who is Consolidated Dental Labs?
We are a group of formerly independently owned laboratories that have agreed to sell their labs to our group. In each instance, the former owners have decided to continue to work with Consolidated Dental Labs.

 
I don't want my staff to know I may be selling my lab. Will you keep this process confidential and with whom will I be dealing?
You will be dealing with an exclusive buy side representative. They represent companies that are either being bought or sold - for a living and as such always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. They know the industry but are not "from" the dental lab industry and as such have no day to day dealings with your industry other than dealing with potential sellers. Best of all, because we have hired Ridge Partners - there is no fee to you if you decide to sell your lab to our group. We will be paying any buy side fees that are associated with your dealing(s) with Ridge Partners or Consolidated Dental Labs.
 
What if I know someone else who might be interested in selling?
Our best advocates are former owners who sold or are selling as they can clearly relate to how the process worked for them. We encourage you to bring us anyone you think might be interested. There may even be certain situations where we can compensate you for certain referrals.
